There are two types of people in this world, the ones who have been spanked and the ones who need a spank! Here at Spanky Burger & Brew, we aim to please, so take it from me, you want to get a “spank”!!! You could even try it with melty cheese…crispy bacon…tangy BBQ sauce…crunchy peanut butter…I could go on all day! You must already know our definition of spanked meat…we’re pretty obsessed with it, but here’s a quick rundown: we want your burger to be the juiciest, most flavorful, specialty burger you’ve ever had, so on a grill we start with a ball of fresh ground chuck and then just smash it down (spank it flat) with our spatula!! That’s it! What you’re left with is a juicy, tender, delicious burger patty that melts your belly.
SB & B and all of its elements were formulated by the one and only, The Burgermeister. Creating an environment that emanated small, local, and quaint were the focus for this one of a kind family pub. Exceptional ingredients and unique design are intended to spank you off of your feet. After being in the restaurant biz for 30 years, I can comfortably say that The Burgermeister really knows what he’s talking about. You could have caught him behind the burger grill at age 15, and now he’s back at it again! He has incorporated all of his years of experience into this adventure.
